2. Ms A. Desai, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2 and Mr A. Sardessai, learned counsel for Respondent No.4 state that there can be no objection unconditionally to the withdrawal of the petition.

3. Accordingly, Writ Petition No.566 of 2023 is taken on board 11th March, 2024

WP 566 of 2023 and on the mention made by Mr Phadte, which mentions in its turn is based on the expressed instructions from the Petitioner backed by the certified copy and the resolution passed by the Petitioner's company ( which is placed on record), we allow the withdrawal of the petition.
