2. By an order dated 26/2/2019, the applicant was permitted to make a deposit of Rs.1000/- per month towards occupation charges. In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed. The impugned judgment and decree is hereby stayed subject to the condition that the applicant continues to deposit Rs.1000/- per month before this Court on or before the 10th of each English Calendar month. In the event of default, in deposit, for two consecutive months, the interim relief shall stand vacated.
