The petitioner alleges that 6 out of 50 questions in the written examination for recruitment to the post of Awal Karkun were themselves incorrect, or faulty or in any case the key answers were incorrect and on these basis seeks direction for full marks for the answers given by him to these questions. Mr. Vivek Rodrigues, has taken us through the questions as well as the material on the basis of which the petitioner submits that the questions are incorrect or in any case the key answers are incorrect. We also perused the response dated 17.2.2020 furnished to the petitioner in relation to his objection to the 6 questions.

According to us, there are no serious errors insofar as the questions are concerned or the key answers to the questions are concerned. On the basis of tenuous interpretation or by reference to some source of material, it cannot be said that the questions are itself incorrect or faulty or that the key answers are incorrect. 4.

Accordingly, we see no good reason to interfere with the written test on the basis of the contentions urged on and on behalf of the petitioner.

This petition is therefore dismissed. There shall be no

order as to costs.
