Heard Mr. P. Bandodkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. T. Perreira, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1.

2. During the course of hearing of the above petition, learned counsel pointed out that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have signed consent terms. The consent terms are accepted and marked 'X' for identification. The learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties confirmed that both the parties have accepted the consent terms and have accordingly appended their signatures thereon. The learned counsel have also identifies the signatures of the respective parties on the said consent terms marked 'X' for identification.

3. Mr. Pereira, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1

WP/158/2008 makes a statement that the cheques which will be handed over to the respondent no.1 shall be delivered to the concerned employees/legal representatives expeditiously. The said statement is accepted.

4. In view of the above, accepting the said statement and the consent terms marked 'X' for identification, petition stands disposed of.

5. Rule stands accordingly disposed of.
