Heard Ms. P. Naik for the Applicant and Mr. S.P. Munj, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the Respondents. 2.

At the outset, Ms. Naik seeks leave to make some corrections in paragraph 2 of the application for withdrawal of the amount. She submits that in paragraph 2, the date 8/10/2015 should be read as 26/08/2015. She also submits that the amount of 6,08,439/- should be corrected to 6,08,349/-. Accordingly, ₹ ₹ leave is granted. The corrections to be made forthwith. th July 2022

By Judgment and Order dated 19 th January 2022, the State's appeal questioning the compensation awarded to the Applicant, has been dismissed. Accordingly, the Applicant, along with other legal representatives of late Isidore Gracias, are entitled to withdraw the deposited amount, together with interest that shall have accrued on this amount.

Accordingly, this application is allowed. The Applicant, along with other legal representatives of late Isidore Gracias to furnish their identification documents and bank details to the Registry so that the Registry can effect transfer of the amount into their bank accounts, at the earliest.
