This is a petition seeking for protection in terms of the Order passed by this Court dated 04/12/2014 whereby an interim protection was given to the petitioner therein until a new forum was constituted to hear second appeals in terms of Section 184D of the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968. The protection was given only to the petitioner therein in the peculiar facts of the case therein and as such, it cannot be extended to others who are not parties therein. The prayer made, as such, herein is wholly misconceived and has no

WP/236/2016 basis in law.

3. Hence, we find no merit in the above petition which stands accordingly rejected.
