After this application was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application after the applicants invokes the arbitration agreement by issuance of notice as per the provisions of Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, and in the event, the notice is not favourably responded, to take recourse for appointment of an arbitral Tribunal in terms of the provisions of Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
