On the last date, Advocate V. Lawande submitted that he desires to withdraw his Vakalatnama on behalf of the Appellants. Accordingly, he filed an application before the learned Registrar and after the process, he was allowed to withdraw his Vakalatnama on 24.01.2023.

The intimation of withdrawal of Vakalatnama was given to the Appellants. Inspite of above procedure, Appellants are absent. It seems that parties are not interested in prosecuting the present appeal as the complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act was rejected by the Trial Court. The appeal is therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
