Since the subject matter of the Criminal Writ Petition is the order dated 21.02.2023, passed by the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Officer, Valpoi, Goa, which had a life of two months, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seek withdrawal of the Petition by leaving open all the questions raised, to be agitated in the appropriate proceedings, if an occasion arises in future.
