This is the petition of the year 2012. This petition assails an order dated 16 February 2012 passed by the learned trial Judge whereby application at Exh. 87 seeking permission to lead evidence in rebuttal has been rejected.

There is an office report stating that the suit itself has been disposed of by judgment and order dated 29 September 2022. This petition was simplicitor admitted on 30 March 2012.

Proceedings have become infructuous in view of the disposal of the suit. Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, with a liberty to the petitioners to revive the proceedings if something survives. No costs. G. S. KULKARNI,J.
