This application seeks condonation of 101 days delay in seeking to bring the legal heirs of respondent no.17 on record. The respondent no.17 has expired on 27 July, 2013. The petitioners came to know about the death of respondent no.17 in the month of August 2013 and were able to obtain details of his legal heirs only on 17 March, 2014. Immediately, thereafter, the present application has been filed on 18 March, 2014. The delay is condoned for the reasons stated in the application. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' and 'b'. Amended copy of the petition to be served upon the respondents. M. S. SANKLECHA, J.
