Heard Mr. Padgaonkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Pangam, the learned Advocate General along with Mr. Redkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The learned Advocate General hands in order dated 18.12.2019, appointing the petitioner no. 1, temporarily to the post of Labourer on Workcharged Establishment in Public Works Department. The order dated 18.12.2019 along with the joining report of the petitioner no. 1 are hereby taken on record.

3. Mr. Padgaonkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners points out that similar orders have already been issued to the petitioner no. 2 and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner no. 2 also does not survive.

4. In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Padgaonkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, since, the grievances of the petitioners stand substantially redressed.

5. Leave is granted to withdraw this Petition. The Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
