2. Taking into consideration the reasons set out in the Misc. Civil Application and by way of last opportunity, we extend the period for payment of balance amount of Rs.33,33,716/- upto 6th

MCA/170/2020 April, 2020. We also record the statement made on behalf of the Applicant that no further extension will be applied for and if the amounts are not paid within the extended period, Writ Petition No.1081/2019 will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court and as directed in para 11 of our order dated 13th December, 2019.

3. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

4. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
