Heard Shri K. Kerkar, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Shri P.A. Kamat, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 and Shri A. Prabhudessai, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents no.1 & 3.

2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Shri P.A. Kamat, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2/Local Panchayat, upon instructions, states that the question of implementing the subject order referred to in the above petition would not arise as according to him respondent no.2 has preferred a revision against such order before the learned Additional District Judge wherein implementation of the subject order dated 15/10/2015

WP/307/2016 is stayed.

3. Accepting the said statement, we find that the question of granting any relief in the present petition, at this stage, would not arise. All contentions of the petitioner are left open. Petition stands disposed of.
