Heard Shri Kodianthara, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pereira, the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent no. 1.

2. On hearing the learned Senior Counsel for the parties for sometime, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition, with a prayer to expedite the disposal of the application for removal and appointment of the Administrator.

3. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. The Inventory Court shall decide the application for removal and appointment of the Administrator, as expeditiously as possible and in any event on

WP/258/2017 or before 19th June, 2017. The parties to co-operate for time bound disposal of the application. Rival contentions of the parties are left open.
