2. The delay in filing the interim report in terms of our order dated 04.12.2019 is condoned now that the interim report is already been filed by the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB). The same is taken on record and even copies of the same have been furnished to the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Mr. Lawande, learned counsel for the GSPCB states that within a period of 30 days from today yet another interim report will be filed in this Court. He states that the final report will be filed within a period of 30 days thereafter. These statements are accepted. Copies of such reports to be furnished to the learned counsel for the parties.

4. This civil application is disposed of however, we direct that the main matter be placed on 15.04.2020 in order to enable the GSPCB as well as respondent no.5 to file compliances. Copies of the affidavits/compliance reports to be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner and other parties.
