The Company Application is for modification of an order/decree dated 01.11.2002 passed in Company Application No.53/2001. The Applicant seeks modification of this decree. It is not in dispute that the amount required to be paid under the

2 COAP16-19dt.28.06.2019 order/decree has been partly paid leaving a balance amount of Rs.1,07,160/- as due and payable under the order/decree. On the application of the Applicant, the Applicant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.60,000/- with the Official Liquidator acting as Liquidator of Bharatiya Development Finance Limited. The Liquidator is directed to accept this amount towards the full and final settlement of the order/decree dated 01.11.2002 passed in Company Application No.53/2001. The Company Application is disposed of accordingly.
