Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Mr. A.D. Bhobe, learned Counsel for Respondents No.1 to 3 in PIL WP No.21/2022 states that the list of candidates to whom appointment letters and appointment orders have been issued in the Directorate of Health Services and the Goa Medical College, will be furnished to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner in PIL WP No.21/2022 within one week from today. This statement is accepted. The concerned Departments to act accordingly.

Respondents No.1, 2 and 3 in PIL WP No.21/2022 are directed to file their affidavits addressing the issues raised in this Petition, within a maximum period of 4 (four) weeks from today. Advance copies to be furnished to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

Further, we grant the Petitioner in PIL WP No.21/2022 liberty to issue additional notices under Order 1, Rule 8 of the CPC to effect service upon the affected parties. 5.

The learned Advocate General, who appears for the Respondent-State in PIL WP No.30/2022 (f), states that all the selections made to various posts in the Public Works Department, have been cancelled. He, therefore, submits that the Petitioner's grievance, in so far as they relate to the selections made to P.W.D. Posts, will not survive.

Mr. D. Lawande who appears for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.1948/2022(f) points out that the selectees have instituted this WP No.1948/2022 (f) questioning this cancellation. He submits that the Writ Petition No.1948/2022 (f) may be heard along with PIL WP No.21/2022 and PIL WP No.30/2022 (f). The concerned Respondents may file their affidavits/additional affidavits within 4 (four) weeks from today.

Accordingly, all these Petitions are now posted for orders/directions on 19 th October, 2022.
