Heard Mrs. A. Agni, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. J. Simoes, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.1a to 1d, 3 to 7,9, 10.

2. By an order dated 12.4.2013 interim relief was granted which has been continued by an order dated 10.5.2013 passed in the present Civil Application.

3. It is submitted by Mrs. Agni, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants that the dispute has been referred for mediation and there is possibility of the parties arriving at an amicable settlement.

4. Be that as it may, in view of the fact that Second Appeal is already admitted and interim relief is operating from 12.4.2013 and further having regard to the fact that the impugned judgment and

CA/67/2013 decree is one for partition and delivery of possession of immovable property, the interim relief granted on 12.4.2013 is made absolute. The interim relief shall be in operation during the pendency of the Second Appeal.

5. Liberty to the parties to bring to the notice of this Court any settlement, if eventually arrived at.
