1. Heard Mr. Venkatesh Ameya Nayak Salatry, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Abhijit Gosavi, learned Counsel for the Respondent.

2. This is an application for an extension of time under Section 29-A

(4) (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

3. The order was passed by this Court on 26.02.2022, on an application for the appointment of an Arbitrator bearing No. 9/2021, 19th March, 2025

MCA 80 of 2025 thereby appointing Mr. R. G. Ramani, learned Senior Advocate as the Sole Arbitrator.

4. Subsequently, by orders of this court dated 30.11.2023 and 28.08.2024, two extensions for a period of 9 months each were granted for completion of the arbitration proceedings, expiring on 30.05.2024 and 28.02.2025 respectively.

5. The Applicant seeks a further extension for a period of 9 months from 28.02.2025 to 30.11.2025 to complete the said proceedings.

6. Mr. Abhijit Gosavi, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent on instructions submits that he has no objection for the extension of 9 months as prayed.

7. Accordingly, the application as per prayer clause (a) stands allowed.
