Heard Mr. A. Kakodkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P. Dangui, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, the learned Addl. Government Advocate has produced an order dated 27.04.2015 inter-alia confirming the disbursement of the payment to the petitioner. The learned Addl. Government Advocate upon instructions of Mr. Rumil Barretto, Executive Engineer, Div. IV, P.W.D., Tonca, Panaji, has pointed out that the amount shall be disbursed within one month from today. In view of the said statement of the learned Addl. Government Advocate, we find that nothing further survives in the above Writ Petition. Accepting the
