This is an application for permission to sell the property during the pendency of the Appeal.

2. I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Senior Counsel for the respondents. The parties submit that the Second Appeal, which pertains to the year 2011, itself may be expedited and heard at an early date.

3. Considering the submission made at bar and further having regard to the fact that the Second Appeal is of the year 2011, it would be appropriate that the Second Appeal is heard at an early

MCA/314/2018 date. Hence, the Civil Application is disposed of. The Second Appeal to be added to the final hearing board, as per its turn, if it is otherwise ready.
