The Writ Petition, by order passed today has been allowed to be withdrawn since the parties have settled their dispute. The Petitioner, by interim order dated 7 July 2016 was directed to furnish a bank guarantee, which the Petitioner has done and has also deposited an amount of ₹2,00,000/-.

The learned counsel for the parties agree that since the dispute is resolved, the bank guarantee and the amount need not be continued and be refunded to the Applicant with accrued interest, if any. Accordingly, the Civil Application is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (ii) and (iii).
