It is seen from the record that by order dated 30.3.2012 passed by the learned Registrar, petition was dismissed against the respondent no.3 for want of prosecution. Thereafter, matter was taken up on 24.7.2014 when none appears on behalf of the petitioner. Matter was also taken up on 13.11.2014 when none appears on behalf of the petitioner and matter was placed for passing an order for dismissal on 24.11.2014.
