This is an application filed by the applicant for transfer of M.J. Petition No.A-2857/2018 filed by the respondent from the file of the Family Court at Mumbai to the competent Court in Goa.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent is desirous of withdrawing M.J. Petition No.A-2857/2018 pending before the Family Court at Mumbai with liberty to file a fresh petition before the competent Court situated in Goa.

3. In view of this specific statement, nothing survives in this application, which is accordingly disposed off as infructuous,
