This is an application for confirmation of a decree for dissolution of marriage, passed by the competent Court at Paris (France). The respondent no.1/ husband, who had filed that petition for divorce, has chosen not to appear, though served. It is the applicant- wife, who was respondent in the Matrimonial Petition, is seeking confirmation of the decree.

2. On hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent no.2 and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
