The learned counsel for the parties handed in consent terms which have been signed by the parties and their Advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
2. The learned counsel for the parties make it clear that these consent terms are only for the purpose of disposal of the present petition and the same are without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties in the custody proceedings or other proceedings pending before the learned Trial Judge. These consent terms represent the interim arrangement between the parties. This is recorded.

3. This petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms handed in, except that there shall be some modification in clause 6 of the consent terms. Again, this modification is agreed to by the parties.
4. The amount of Rs.50,000/- which the petitioner is required to pay shall be kept in fixed deposit in the name of Veroushka Natania Alania Dias, the respondent and the petitioner's mother Fatima D'Souza. The interest from the fixed deposit shall be transferred to the account of the respondent. The respondent to indicate the correct account number and furnish bank details.
5. This petition and Misc. Civil Applications referred to in consent terms stand disposed of.
6. In view of the aforesaid, Ms. Linhares, on the basis of the instructions from the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Contempt Petition Nos.6 of 2017 and 8 of 2015. Leave is granted and the Contempt Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. M. S. SONAK, J.
