Heard Ms Vaigankar who appears under the Legal Aid Scheme for the Applicant. Ms T. Mashelkar appears for some of the Respondents and Ms Ribeiro appears for Respondent No.11.

2. There is a delay of about 125 days in instituting the appeal. The delay has been sufficiently explained. The Applicant is a senior citizen who was suffering from various ailments. The Applicant first filed a review instead of filing this Appeal From Order. All this constitutes sufficient cause to condone the delay of 125 days.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed. The delay of 125 days 7th July, 2023

MCA 117 of 2022 in filing this appeal is condoned. No costs.
