Mr. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor seeks for extension of time to deposit the costs by a period of two weeks.

2. Taking into consideration the reasons set out in the Civil Application, by way of last opportunity the extension by two weeks is granted. It is made clear that in case no interim relief is granted by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the meanwhile, the Applicant, will have to deposit the amount of costs, no doubt, without prejudice to their rights to question the original order.

3. The Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
