Mr Anand, the learned Counsel for respondent no. 3, based on instructions, states that the notice under Section 190 of the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968 will be enforced in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from today. He states that further action as contemplated under Section 190 of the Goa Municipalities Act will be taken during this period.
