The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that he has come to know that the Petitioner-Institute has closed down and the person, who was managing the Petitioners-Institute has shifted out of Goa and as on today, he does not have instructions. In view of this position, we dispose of the petition giving liberty to the petitioners to revive the petition, if the cause of action survives.
