Heard Ms. Kamat, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the applicants and Mr. Tomar, the learned Counsel for the respondent in these Civil Applications.

Ms. Kamat submits that the statement in para 2 of our order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Stamp Number (Application) Nos. 4138, 4139, 4145 and 4146 of 2019, to the extent it records that Mr. Tomar had pointed out that service has been effected on the respondents is correct. However, she submits that the further statement that even the Advocate for the respondents was intimated about mentioning of the Civil Applications is not correct. She submits that she was Advocate for the respondents, but no such intimation about mentioning was received by her.

Mr. Tomar states that he had informed the junior of Ms. Asha Desai, the learned Senior Standing Counsel, about the mentioning of the Civil Applications. He submits that at that stage, he was not aware that Ms. Kamat was appearing on behalf of the respondents in the Civil Applications.

Accordingly, para 2 of our order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Stamp Number (Application) Nos. 4138, 4139, 4145 and 4146 of 2019 is to be substituted by the following:

"2. Mr. Tomar points out that the service has been effected upon the Respondents in these Civil Applications".

The order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Stamp Number (Application) Nos. 4138, 4139, 4145 and 4146 of 2019 to be corrected/modified in the aforesaid terms. Necessary corrections to be carried out in the original order as well as the order uploaded on the website.

The Civil Applications stand disposed of.
