The learned counsel for the Respondents state that the petition has been filed on an apprehension that the RespondentAuthorities will take steps as described in the petition without following due process of law. They submit that such apprehension is entirely imaginary since the Respondents being public bodies are
Amrut 2 WP315-18 dt 03-04-2018 bound to follow the procedure of law. Apart from this statement, even otherwise, the basic position that the public authorities have to proceed as per the law and they must act as per the due process of law, is too well established to be repeated. In these circumstances, it is not necessary to keep the Writ Petition pending and the same is accordingly disposed of.
