1. In First Appeal No.137 of 2017, the appellant sought two weeks time to take necessary steps to serve unserved respondents. Time to serve the unserved respondents through paper publication is extended till the next date. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that there is a possibility of settlement between the parties and requests for two weeks time.
2. List the matter for further consideration on 04/04/2025 for the appearance of parties.
3. As far as First Appeal No.44 of 2011 and First Appeal No.45 of 2011 are concerned, on the last occasion this Court had recorded that the said appeals would be listed under the caption of "dismissal" as a final opportunity for the appellants to appear. The matters are called out today and there is again no appearance on behalf of the appellants in First Appeal No.44 of 2011 and First Appeal No.45 of 2011.
4. Both these appeals, First Appeal No.44 of 2011 and First Appeal
No.45 of 2011 stands dismissed.
