The cross-objector no.1/respondent no.1 died. Therefore, his legal heirs want to come on record. For that purpose, they have filed Misc. Civil Application No.260/2019. But, as it turned out, those legal heirs are minors. Now, their mother and natural guardian has filed Misc. Civil Application No.1090/2019, to be the guardian ad litem.

2. For the reasons mentioned in those applications, both the applications are allowed. The minor legal heirs are allowed to come on record represented by their mother and natural guardian. Consequently, the appellant's application to bring the

mca no.260 of 2019 legal heirs of the respondent no.1 on record also stands allowed. Amendment to be carried out in three weeks, after the order is uploaded.
