This is an application for an early hearing of the petition pending before this Court. Ms. Kamat, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the order was passed by this Court on 19/06/2014 when the petition was admitted and the hearing of the matter was expedited.

2. Besides, Ms. Kamat submits that the applicant is a senior citizen which is a sufficient ground to entertain this application.

3. Ms. J. Godinho has no serious objection for the expeditious hearing of the petition.

4. The application is allowed.
