After the matter was argued for some time, Mr. Bharne, learned counsel for the Petitioner on the basis of the instructions from the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the contentions raised in this petition before the DRT in the pending application No.55/2019 which is scheduled to come up on 28th February, 2019.

3. Accordingly, we grant leave to withdraw this petition and

WP/240/2019 dispose of this petition with liberty as prayed for.

4. We are sure that the DRT, will take up the case of the Petitioner on 28th February, 2019.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
