The same is taken on record and marked "X". In terms of the settlement, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

The Consent Terms also record that the workmen would be entitled to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court in the present petition, as a consequence of the settlement of the dispute.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The workmen are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner in this Court in the present Writ Petition.
