2. The dispute was pertaining to an access. It is submitted that now the Village Panchayat has constructed a road, giving an access to the appellants. In such circumstances, the learned Counsel for the appellants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

3. The Second Appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.
