Mr. Abelardo Rodrigues Medeiros, the Power of Attorney for the respondents, is present in person. He submits that there are typographical errors in recording the correct names of some of the respondents in the cause title. He places on record, the impugned order dated 24/08/2010, made by the learned Civil Judge J. D. at Vasco-da-Gama and submits that the names as reflected in the said order, are correct. However, the same do not tally with the names as reflected in the judgment and order dated 09/02/2017,made by this Court in W.P.No.353/2011.

2. Upon verification, it is found that the statement of Mr. Abelardo Rodrigues Medeiros is correct.

3. Accordingly, in the cause title, the name "Benedita" be

MCA/196/2017 substituted with "Benedito". Similarly, the word "Aida" be substituted by word Alda.

4. Save and except the aforesaid corrections, there are no other changes necessary to be made in the order dated 09/02/2017. The changes of the aforesaid to be reflected in the original order as well as the order, which is uploaded on the website. M. S. SONAK, J.
