Having regard to the averments made in the Misc. Civil Application, the same is allowed and the Applicants are permitted to be impleaded as the Petitioner No.1(a) to 1(e) in their capacity as the legal representatives of the deceased sole Petitioner. 3.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week. Mr. Menezes states that he will file Vakalatnama on behalf of the legal representatives so that there is no delay in hearing of this petition.
