3. For the reasons stated in the application, the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1(a) as mentioned at para 2 of the application are ordered to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within one week. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added legal representative of the deceased respondent no.1(a), returnable on 30.11.2016.
