1. Heard Mr Lotlikar for the Petitioner, Mr Pangam, learned Advocate General who appears with Mr Shubham Priolkar for Respondent No.1 and Mr B. Fatarpekar who appears for Respondent No. 2.

2. The learned Advocate General states that the 1st Respondent will communicate his decision to the Petitioner within a week from today. Similarly, Mr Fatarpekar states that 2nd Respondent will decide the matter within a maximum of 30 days from today and communicate the 27th March, 2024

CP 11 of 2024 panchayat's decision to the Petitioner.

3. The Respondent must comply with the above statement made on their behalf and not force the Petitioner to once again institute any other contempt petition.

4. Based on the assurance that there would be compliance, this petition is disposed of.
