Heard the learned counsel appearing for the rival parties.

2. This is a petition seeking for the relief, inter alia, to issue a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus on the respondents to inform the status and whereabouts of the detenue to the knowledge of the petitioner.

3. The respondents filed their reply contending in paragraph nos. 2, 3 and 4 that the son of the petitioner has been arrested on 6th March of 2015 in Crime No. 01/2015. It is further alleged that he has been arrested for committing the offence punishable under N.D.P.S. Act.

4. In such circumstances, the question of entertaining the above petition in the manner filed by the petitioner, would not arise.

WPCR/29/2015 Needless to say that the petitioner, if so advised, is entitled to take remedies available in law.
