Shri Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that since after passing of the impugned order, the petitioner has been compulsorily retired by order dated 26.04.2018, which is accepted by the petitioner and the same has not been challenged. He, therefore, submits that the petition has become infructuous.
