Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners upon instructions of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 states that in the meanwhile the Recruitment Rules have been amended to exclude Sister Tutor Service Zone for promotion to Matron. The learned Senior Counsel further states that as such the petitioners do not desire to proceed with the above petition. It is also pointed out that the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have also now been promoted to the post of Matron and as such, they are not interested to proceed with the challenge in the above petition.

2. Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Counsel also states that the petitioner no.1 has already retired from the services and as such not interested to proceed with the above petition.

3. Hence, for the aforesaid reasons, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
