Heard Mr. Shet, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner who states that he wants to deposit the demand draft today in the registry in respect of the compensation, therefore registry be directed to accept the demand draft.

2. Registry is directed to accept the demand draft.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner states that today he is depositing the demand draft of fine amount. As such, substantive sentence imposed upon the accused/applicant be hereby suspended.

4. The accused is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.
