Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.6 submits that he has no objection to the condonation of delay.

2. None for the Respondent Nos.2(a) to (h) and 3 to 5. A perusal of the application reveals that there has been a delay of 635 days in filing the Appeal assailing the Judgment and Award passed by the District Judge-I, South Goa, Margao, dated 03.03.2015.

3. For the reasons set out in the application and as there is no

MCA/262/2017 serious contest and otherwise in the interest of justice, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. Application stands disposed off accordingly. Registry to register the Appeal.
