Heard Mr. Nigel Costa Frias for the petitioner and at our request, learned Advocate General, appears in the matter. 2.

The learned Advocate General states that necessary inspection has been carried out by the Administrator of Communidades and the Administrator is in the process of holding hearings in relation to the complaints made by the petitioner regards the constructions which have come up in the Communidade property. The learned Advocate General states that such complaints will be disposed of by the Administrator, in accordance with law within a period of four months from today.

Mr. Costa Frias submits that the complaints may be disposed of within four months from today in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition by accepting the statement made by the learned Advocate General and by directing the Administrator of Communidade to dispose of the petitioner's complaints in relation to the constructions which have come up in the Communidade property at the earliest and in any case within a period of four months from today.
