Mr Costa Frias, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to delete Respondent Nos. 5, 9 and 10 who have already been deleted as Respondents in the main petition. Accordingly, leave is granted. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Mr Costa Frias states that the service is now complete in Writ Petition No.710 of 2019. Accordingly, place the Writ Petition No.710 of 2019 along with the connected petitions for final hearing in the 6th June 2023
